MOA Properties collects the information you choose to submit: your name, contact details, property information, and, if you are sharing investment criteria, the preferences you provide. We use that information to respond, evaluate the property or relationship, and keep a record of the conversation.

Investment criteria stay private. They are not published on this site. Partner inquiries are kept separate from ordinary consumer inquiries.

Optional analytics run only after you allow them. You can decline. You do not need an account to send an inquiry. A link that lets you resume a capital profile is private. Do not forward it.

We do not sell personal information. Companies that host the site, store records, or send email may process information for us when those services are in use.

Text-message consent is optional and applies to the inquiry you submitted. This site does not send automated cold texts or robocalls. You can ask us to stop email, phone, or text contact through the contact form. A blank checkbox is not treated as consent.
