The website
The site provides information about MOA Properties and a way to start a conversation about residential real estate, land, development, capital, and professional relationships in Metro Atlanta. Content on the site is general. It describes how MOA works. It does not describe a specific property you have not submitted, and it is not a listing of homes for sale.
No relationship from a form alone
Submitting a form does not create an agency relationship, a listing agreement, a contract to buy or sell, a partnership, a joint venture, or an obligation to pursue a property. A working relationship begins only when the parties agree to it separately.
Real estate brokerage services, when provided, are provided by Charlie Maison through his current Georgia brokerage affiliation.
Property information, valuations, and calculators
A property review discusses options for this property. It is not an appraisal or a promised sale price.

Intellectual property
The MOA name, the site design, and the text on this website belong to MOA Properties or its licensors. You may not copy them for a competing site or imply an affiliation that does not exist.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse the site. That includes submitting information you know is false, attempting to access another person's private review link, interfering with the site, or using it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
